摘  要:主要介绍了电炉提高热装铁水比的生产实践。首先讨论了将铁水比从25%逐步提升至65%,对冶炼周期、冶炼电耗、熔清碳及氧气消耗的影响,又分析了铁水成分与冶炼电耗、氧枪模式与铁水比的关系。实践证明,铁水比由40%提高到65%后,吨钢钢铁料成本可降低91元;如果铁水比上升1%,吨钢冶炼电耗可降低3 kWh。因此,提高热装铁水比,改善了钢铁料结构,既降低钢铁料消耗又大幅降低电炉冶炼电耗、电极消耗,从而降低了生产成本。This paper primarily introduces the production practice of enhancing EAF's hot metal charging rate.Firstly the hot metal ratio was increased gradually from 25% to 65%.The effect of the increase in the hot metal ratio on the period of smelting,power consumption,carbon concentration after melting and oxygen consumption was discussed.The relationship between hot metal composition and power consumption,oxygen lance model and hot metal ratio was analyzed.The practice proved that when the hot metal ratio rises from 40% to 65%,the ferrous material cost of per ton of steel could be reduced by 91 yuan.If the hot metal ratio increased by 1%,the smelting power consumption could be reduced by 3 kWh per ton of steel.Therefore,enhancing the hot metal charging ratio will improve the structure of iron and steel materials.It will not only reduce the iron and steel material consumption,but the EAF's smelting power consumption and electrode consumption as well.Finally,the production cost will be greatly reduced.
