摘 要:目的建立一种创伤性脑损伤动物模型及相关评价体系。方法应用自行设计制造的自由落体撞击装置建立大鼠创伤性脑损伤模型,观察大鼠脑损伤后生命体征和病理学改变,并通过自行设计的神经功能量表进行功能评分。结果撞击后,动物均出现明显的生命体征改变,包括伤后血压立即骤降后恢复平稳、呼吸暂停与呼吸变深快等。伤后6 h,出现明显的脑损伤病理学改变。伤后12h,神经功能量表分析显示大脑皮质、脑干和小脑功能受到明显影响。结论本体系可用于建立和量化评价大鼠创伤性脑损伤情况,并可用于建立和评价其他中小型动物模型。Objective To establish an animal model of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and a system of evaluation. Methods A weight-drop device was made to establish a model of TBI in rat. Vital signs and pathological changes were observed. The changes of function were scored by a functional scale provided by us. Results After striking, changes of vital signs were obvious, which included blood pressure dropping immediately after injury and then recovering, hyperpnea and apnea, etc. Six hours after injury, experimental rats presented typical pathological changes of TBI. Twelve hours after injury, remarkable functional changes of cerebrum, brain stem and cerebellum were observed by our functional scale of nervous system. Conclusion Our injury system can be used to produce and evaluate TBI models in rat, which can also be used to other animals as well.
