摘　　要：目的评价鞘内注射氯普鲁卡因对大鼠脊髓的神经毒性。方法选取鞘内置管成功的清洁级SD大鼠40只。体重180～250g，随机分为4组（n=10）：分别鞘内注射生理盐水40μl（NS组）、2％氯普鲁卡因40μl（CP1组）、3％氯普鲁卡因25μl（CP2组）、3％氯普鲁卡因40μl（CP3组）。注药后记录运动阻滞显效时间，于注药前、注药后10、30、60、120和150min（T1-6）对大鼠双后肢运动阻滞进行评分；注药后第3天取腰段脊髓组织，HE染色后光镜观察病理学结果并行损伤评分。结果CP1组、CR组和CB组出现双后肢瘫痪时间递减（P〈0．01）。与NS组比较，CP1组和CP2组T2—4时、CP3组L—S时双后肢运动阻滞评分升高（P〈0．05）；与CB组比较，CP1组和CP2组T4-5时双后肢运动阻滞评分降低。与CP1组和CR组比较，CP3组脊髓组织损伤评分升高（P〈0．05），病理学损伤较重。结论大剂量3％的氯普鲁卡因可能会对脊髓组织造成损害。Objective To evaluate the neurotoxic effects of intrathecal （IT） chloroprocaine on the spinal cord in rats. Methods Forty male SD rats weighted 180 - 250g, which IT catheters were successfully placed, were randomly divided into 4 groups（ n = 10 each）. Group NS received normal saline 40μl IT, group CPI received 2% chloroprocaine 40 μl IT, group CP2 received 3% chloroprocaine 26. 7 IT, and group CP3 received 3% chloroprocaine 40 μl IT. The onset time of bilateral hindlimb paralysis were recorded. Degree of motor block was assessed and scored before （T1, baseline） and at 10, 30, 60, 120, and 150 min （T1-6 ） after IT injection. On the 3rd day after IT injection, specimens were obtained from lumbar spinal cord for mincroscopic examination. Results The onset time of bilateral hindlimb paralysis in group CP2 and CP3 was shorter than that in group CP1. The onset time of bilateral hindlimb paralysis in group CP3 was shorter than that in group CP2. The motor block scores in group CP1 and CP2 （T2 -47 and group CP3 （T2-5 ） were higher than that in group NS. The motor block scores in both group CP1 and CP2 at T4 -5 was lower than group CP3. The tissue damage in group CP3 was severer, compared with group CP1 and CP2. Conclusion Large dose of 3% chloroprocaine may produce neurotoxicity to the spinal cord.
