摘　　要：介绍了集成电路中电磁干扰传播途径,从布线角度探讨集成电路中抑制电磁干扰的措施,包括地线、电源线、信号线以及时钟线路的布局,为集成电路的电磁兼容设计提供了理论依据。This paper introduces the radiating way of the electromagnetic interference in integrated circuits. From the angle of wiring, the measures to restrain the electromagnetic interference in integrated circuits, including the layout of the ground wire, power wire, signal cable and clock circuitry, are discussed, which provides the theoretic basis for the electromagnetic compatibility of integrated circuits.
