石斛复方制剂的药物微量元素含量测定及意义

摘　　要：为了探讨石斛复方制剂中的药物微量元素与药理作用的关系，用等离子光谱和荧光分光光度法测定石斛等４味中药的铜、锌、铁、锰、铬、硒的含量。结果表明：４味中药微量元素含量丰富，其中含铁量都较高，石斛含硒量较高，黄芪含铁、锌、铬最高，说明了石斛复方制剂的抗氧化、延缓衰老、增强免疫力的作用与其高硒含量及丰富的铜。For studing the relationship between the trace elements contents and pharmacological effect in Compound Dendrobium, the methods of plasma spectrometry and fluorospectrophotometry have been used to determine the contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cr and Se in Dendrobium and 3 other herbs. The result showes that all the 4 kinds of herbs are rich in trace element, especially rich in Fe. The content of Se in Dendrobium is higher and that of Fe, Zn and Cr in Astragalus membranaceus is the highest. It indicates that the effects of antioxidation, antisenility and enhancing immunity in Compound Dendrobium are related to the rich contents of trace elements such as Se, Cu and Zn, etc.
