石斛复方制剂对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用

摘　　要：为了探讨石斛复方制剂对机体非特异性免疫功能的作用，采用鸡红细胞吞噬法进行石斛复方制剂对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的实验。结果表明该制剂能显著提高正常小鼠及环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数，说明石斛复方制剂具有提高机体的非特异性免疫功能以及拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用。With the method of chickenerythrocyte phagocytose, the experiment in the effect of Compound Dendrobium to phagocytosis of macrophagocyte in mice abdominal cavity has been carried out for investigating the effect of the compound to the nonspecific immunity of the body. The result showes that the compound could obviously improve the percentage and index of phagocytosis of macrophagocyte in abdominal cavity of normal mice and of the mice inhibited by cyclophosphamide. It indicates that Compound Dendrobium has the effect for improving nonspecific immunity and the antagonistic effect to the immunosuppresion due to cyclophosphamide.
