十滴水软胶囊治疗中暑的临床研究

摘　　要：本文运用十滴水及十滴水软胶囊两种剂型治疗中身患者175例，结果示两组有效率均为100％，最早起效时间（小时）前者为0．92±0．51，后者为0．77±0．69，均有明显的降温作用，对血压则无显著的影响．表明十滴水软胶囊既保持了原剂型的疗效，又克服了刺激性大、不易口服的缺点。Shidishui tincture and Shidishui capsule, twoforms of preparations,were applied to treat 175 heliosispatients. Both groups received a effective rate of 100%after treatment. Shidishui tincture started effect ato. 92±0. 51 hrs. and Shidishui capsule at0. 77 ± 0. 69hrs. both medicines had obvious effects in reducingbody temperature,but they had no influence on bloodpressure. The results suggested that Shidishui capsulenot only maintains the effect of tincture but also over-comes the shortage of stimulation to gastrointestinaltract.
