摘  要:目的:观察中药海浮石植入兔眼眶内的组织病理学改变。方法:家兔24只分两组。甲组(15只)兔脊背两侧皮下分别植入海浮石和硅胶块。乙组(9只)兔左眼摘除后眶内植入海浮石。观察两组术后1、2、4、6、10周和6个月的局部状态和组织病理学变化。结果:两组术后反应轻微,手术切口愈合。海浮石块无移位,无变形,无吸收,无崩解,无脱出,无肉芽组织形成。术后10周有纤维组织包裹及新生血管进入海浮石的孔内。2只兔的硅胶植入块部分暴露。结论:海浮石组织相容性良好。OBJECTIVE: To study the histopathologic changes of traditional Chinese medicine pumex implanted in orbits of the rabbits. METHODS: Twenty four rabbits were divided into two groups. The pumex were implanted subcutaneous tissues of fifteen rabbits at the side and silicon at the other side in first group. The pumex were implanted in the left orbits of nine eyes in the other group. The postoperative local conditions and histopathologic changes were observed in two groups at 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10 weeks and 6 months. RESULTS: The incisions were healing by first intention and postoperative inflammatory reactions were slight in all rabbits. The deviation, deformation, absorption ,degradation and exposure did not occur, and no granulation tissue formed. The pumexes implanted were encapsulated by fibrous tissue and neovascular vessels grew into the apertures of pumexes. The implants of silicon exposed partially in two rabbits. CONCLUSION: The histo-compatibility of pumex is favorable. When more researches were completed it is possible that pumex was applied as intraorbital implant in socket plastic surgery.
