摘　　要：采用正交试验法优选肝泰康片的最佳生产工艺条件，于加水量、煎煮时间和醇沉浓度３个因素，每因素选取３个水平探讨片剂质量指标的相互影响。试验结果表明：优选出的新工艺比旧工艺简化了生产工序，减少了中药提取次数和煎煮时间，节约了大量能源，降低了生产成本。This study is focusing on the best technical condition to produce Gantaikang tablets with orthogonal test. Through 3 factors of adding water, decocting for a certain time and refining. We discuss the interaction of the tablet quality index among three different levels of each factor. It turns out that the new technique simplify the producing process than the old one and thus trduce the times of refining Chinese herbs and decocting time. It also improves the economic efficiency as well as well as saving a large sum of resource and reducing producing cost.
