摘　　要：近年来,许多专科学校升格为本科院校。随着学校的升本,学报在获得新的发展契机的同时,也面临着重重困难,如稿源严重不足、编辑队伍薄弱、办刊条件差等。新升本科院校学报要想突破困境,必须采取开放办刊的方针,积极拓展稿源,并坚持以质取稿的原则,确保学术质量的提高;同时,加强栏目策划,突出办刊特色,进一步提升学报的竞争力。In recent years, a large number of three-colleges have been upgraded to four-year colleges, and the journal of the upgraded colleges is offered new opportunities for development. However, it is faced with sorts of difficulties, such as inadequacy in the source of contributions, shortage of editors, poor operation conditions, etc. Therefore, efforts should be made to take an opening approach, broaden the channels in getting contributions and stick to the principle of accepting a manuscript according to its quality,thereby guaranteeing academic quality. Moreover,efforts need to be devoted to strengthening column plan and journal characteristics in an attempt to improve the journal s competitive power.
