摘 要:胜利油田自主设计并应用常规钻井设备自主施工完成的金平1井,完钻井深2128m,垂深583.9m,位移1636.34m,位垂比达2.803,是目前中国陆上油田位垂比最大的一口水平段水平井。该井的井身结构设计以高效钻井和保护油气层为设计原则,要求井眼轨道具有足够的直井段,并且尽量减小设计造斜率,从而降低摩阻和扭矩,保证水平段有效延伸。最终井眼轨道设计为直—增—增—水平段轨道,造斜率保持在18°~21°/100m。该井井眼尺寸大:一开为准660.4mm,二开为准346.1mm,三开为准241.3mm,造斜点浅,造斜段地层疏松,水平段及斜井段长,摩阻系数相对较大,要求钻井液体系具有良好的抑制性、携岩性、润滑性和防塌、造壁功能,施工难度大。通过不断调整钻具组合,使其满足斜井段和水平段井眼轨迹控制要求,优造钻井液体系,应用随钻测量技术,该井钻探获得成功。Jinping 1 well ,designed and drilled by regular equipment of Shengli Oilfield itself, is a long horizontal-section one with the biggest ratio of section and true vertical depth(2.803) in onshore oilfields in China.Its total depth is 2128m and vertical depth is 583.9m and displacement is 1636.34m.Prineiple of the wellbore structure of this well is high-efficiency drilling and reservoir protection.Bit trajectory should have straight section long enough,and designed build-up rate should be small enough so as to decrease friction and torque and ensure effective spread of the horizontal sections.The ultimate bit trajectory is straight-increase-increase-horizontal section with 18°-21°/100m of the build-up rate.The wellbore is big in this well: the first is Ф660.4mm,the second is Ф346.1mm and the third is Ф.3mm.This well has other features: shallow deviation ,loose reservoir of angle buildup interval ,and long horizontal and slant sections and relative big friction coefficient.The system of drilling fluid should have good rejection capability,cutting laden capability,oiliness and anti-falling and well building function.So it is difficuh to drill.Making up of string has been adjusted for meeting the demands of bit trajectory control at the slant and horizontal sections.The drilling fluid is optimized.The well is dilled successfully by using the technology of measurement while drilling and above measures.
