摘 要:随着重庆市留学生规模的快速扩大,留学生日常生活环境不适应、语言交流障碍、教育环境满意度不高、人际交往面狭窄、心理问题突出、管理政策实施困难等因文化差异导致的冲突问题,日渐成为重庆市留学生教育发展的瓶颈。根据跨文化交际理论,实行"趋同"管理,建立多种形式的信息沟通网络,加强留学生管理人员的跨文化交际能力培训,充分挖掘留学生资源,加强留学生的社会支持等途径,将对重庆市高校留学生教育管理实践有重要意义。With the rapid development of foreign student education in Chongqing, the cultural difference problems, such as the maladjustment to environment, language obstacle for communication, dissatisfaction with education environment, straitness of interpersonal communication, psychological problems, and management policy imple- mentation, gradually becomes the bottleneck that checked the development of foreign student education in Chongqing. Based on the cross-cultural communication theory, we must implement the accordant management, establish various forms of information communication network, enhance the cross-cultural communication training for foreign student management staff, fully explore the resources of foreign students, and strengthen the social support of foreign students for the practice of foreign student education management in Chongqing.
