大蒜油抑制人胃癌BGC-823细胞的生长和诱导分化的作用

摘　　要：目的从细胞和基因水平阐明大蒜油对人胃癌ＢＧＣ８２３细胞的作用机制．方法用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜及Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交等技术进行分析．结果大蒜油对癌细胞形态、增殖和致瘤性有明显影响．结论首次发现大蒜油对肿瘤细胞的作用是通过影响ｐ５３，ｐ２１等的表达水平．以上结果提示大蒜油有诱导肿瘤细胞分化的作用．IM To study the mechanism of garlic oil on differentiation of human gastric cancer cell BGC823. METHODS We used cofocal microscopy and Northern blot hybridization techniques to analyze the BGC823 cells treated with or without 50mg/L garlic oil in vitro for one week. RESULTS The growth and tumorigenicity were inhibited dramatically in the cells treated with garlic oil, and high level expression of WAF1/p21 and wild type p53 gene and was detected. CONCLUSION The differentiation of BGC823 cell can be induced with garlic oil, and p21 and p53 gene possibly plays an important role in the process..
