摘 要:采用单卵囊分离技术,获得了2株纯种球虫,鉴定为和缓艾美球虫与早熟艾美球虫。主要鉴定指标:和缓艾美球虫:卵囊呈球形或亚球型,囊壁光滑无色,卵囊内有1极体,无内、外残余体;测100个卵囊的平均大小为(14.96±1.38μm×(13.65±1.20)μm,测100个孢子囊的平均大小为(9.23±1.20)μm×(5.29±0.53)μm;潜在期96h,最短孢子化时间15.5h;虫体主要寄生于小肠下段。早熟艾美球虫:卵囊呈椭圆形或卵圆形,有极体,无内、外残余体;测100个卵囊的平均大小为(19.21±2.10)μm×(16.40±1.75)μm,测100个孢子囊的平均大小为(10.62±0.90)μm×(6.85±0.75)μm;潜在期84h,最短孢子化时间20h;虫体主要寄生于鸡十二指肠与空肠前段。分别用此2株纯种球虫的孢子化卵囊20×104、60×104个感染30日龄黄羽肉鸡各10只,另设1个不感染对照组,结果感染2株纯种球虫的鸡均未发生死亡,但平均增重与不感染对照组差异显著(P<0.05),感染和缓艾美球虫的2组鸡肠道均出现可见病变,感染早熟艾美球虫的2组鸡肠道病变计分为零。Using single oocyst isolation technique,two pure strains were isolated and found to be Eimeria mitis and Eimeria praecox.E.mitis :The oocysts were spherical or subspherical;with a polar granule and without residuum,the mean size of 100 oocysts is(14.96±1.38)μm×(13.65±1.20)μm.The sporocysts were ovoid and the mean size of 100 sporocysts is(9.23±1.20)μm×(5.29±0.53)μm.The prepatent time period was 96 h.Sporulation time was 15.5 h.The infection was most prevalent in posterior part of intestine.E.praecox: The oocysts were ovoid or ellipsoidal with a polar granule and without residuum,the mean size of 100 oocysts is(19.21±2.10)μm×(16.40±1.75)μm.The sporocysts were ovoid and the mean size of 100 sporocysts is(10.62±0.90)μm×(6.85±0.75)μm with a Stieda body and without a residuum.The prepatent time periods was 84 h.Sporulation time was 20 h.The infection was most prevalent in anterior part of intestine.To assess the pathogenicity of two species,the four groups of 30-day-old Suqin Yellow chickens were infected with 20×104 or 60×104 sporulated oocysts,respectively,and another 10 birds as non-infected control.The results showed that none of the chickens were died,and the average weight gains in the infected groups were significantly lower than that of the non-infected group.The visible intestinal lesions appeared in the groups infected with E.mitis,and no gross lesions were seen in the groups infected with E.praecox.
