摘 要:目的:探讨参麦液对离体氧反常心脏的影响。方法:随机将SD大鼠分成4组,分别予以富氧、乏氧、异搏定和参麦液灌流,记录心肌收缩力与心电曲线,测量冠脉流量与心肌内丙二醛含量。结果:参麦液组灌注能有效恢复受损心肌收缩力(P<001)和丙二醛含量(P<005),不能降低心律失常发生率。OBJECTIVE: To study effect of Shen-Mai solution on isolated rat heart of oxygen paradox injury. METHODS: SD rats were divided into four groups in random and were perfused by oxygen, oxygen lack, verapamil and Shen-Mai solution. Myocardial contractility, EKG, coronary blood flow and myocardial malonic aldehyde were recorded. RESULTS: Shen-Mai solution could effectively improve myocardial contractility of injured cardiac muscle ( P <0 01) and increase contents of malonic aldehyde ( P <0 05), but could not reduce incidence of arrhythmia. CONCLUSIONS: Attention should be paid to reperfused arrhythmia while use of Shen-Mai solution as positive inotropic medicine.
