摘  要:动物实验证明,排卵后卵子透明带在输卵管转运过程中被修饰。在金黄地鼠中已证实这种与透明带相关的输卵管成分是一种与植物凝集素BS-1结合的糖蛋白。本研究使用育龄妇女术后输卵管标本,并收集人输卵管冲洗液,经荧光组化、斑点印迹和转移印迹等试验证实了人输卵管中也存在与植物凝集素BS-1结合的蛋白。荧光组化法结果表明,这种糖蛋白在人输卵管中呈节段性分布,即在峡部内膜分布较多,而在伞端较少。斑点印迹试验证实,在人输卵管内膜提取液及输卵管冲洗液中均有BS-1结合蛋白存在。转移印迹试验还证实,人输卵管中与BS-1结合的蛋白分子量为80、100、130和>300 kD。以上结果提示人输卵管中确实存在与植物凝集素BS-1结合的糖蛋白。Previous animal experiment demonstrated that thezona pellucida of egg just after ovulation was modified in egg tnasfer process through oviduct. The oviductal component associated with zona pellucida was proved to be the glycoproteins binding to lectin BS - 1 in hamster. In present study, the oviducts of undergoing uterotomy women of reproductive age, and the oviductal flushing fluid were collected to study the human oviduct glycoproteins binding to lectin BS - 1. The fluorescent test, dot blot and western blot analysises proved that the lectin BS - 1 binding proteins also was present in human oviduct. The results of fluorescent test indicated that the glycoproteins distributed regionally in human oviduct, i. e. the material was more intense in the isthmus, while faint in the fimbria.The dot blot test also demonstrated that the lectin BS - 1 binding proteins presented in human oviductal flushing fluid and epithelium extract fluid. The western blot result showed that the molecular masses of the BS- 1 binding proteins were 80,100,130 and more than 300kD. Based on above findings, we suggested that the lectin BS - 1 binding glycoproteins probably associatd with zona pellucida are really present in human oviduct.
