硅基微粉料浆的流变性研究

摘　　要：以Si为基体,配成三种料浆体系:(1)100wt%Si(2)5wt%Si3N4、95wt%Si(3)5wt%Si3N4、10wt%SiC、85wt%Si。利用流变仪研究了改变各个体系的磷酸三乙酯分散剂含量以及pH值时,各个体系流变性的差异。实验结果发现:Si悬浮粒子的等电点在pH=3.1;加入分散剂和改变pH值能明显改善Si基浆体的流变性,分别得到最佳分散剂含量以及pH值。Three kinds of Si-based slurries：（1）100wt%Si（2）5wt%Si3N4,95wt%Si（3）5wt% Si3N4,10wt%SiC,85wt% Si were synthesized.The rheological behaviors of Si-based slurries were investigated by changing additions of（C2H5O）3PO and pH value.The results showed that the isoelectric point（IEP）of Si is around pH value of 3.1.The rheological behaviors of the slurries with different additions of（C2H5O）3PO and at different pH could be significantly improved;the best content of（C2H5O）3PO and the best pH were known respectively.
