摘  要:用神经生理细胞外玻璃微电极记录方法,观察环境铅暴露对年幼大鼠海马CA1区LTP的影响。结果:铅暴露组与对照组比较,PTP的平均群体峰电位振幅增强率无差别;LTP发生率与平均PS电位振幅增强率显著降低。PS电位增强率与脑铅浓度呈显著负相关。? This study with the method of extracellular glass microelectrode recording of neurophysiology,examined the effects of enviromental exposure to lead on young rats' LTP of hippocampal CA 1 areas.in contrast,no significant changes were found in popula tion spike amplitudes of PTP of Pbexposed rats;The incidences of LTP and average population spike amplitudes increase percent were markedy decreased.Population spike potentiation increase rate is markedy correlated with brain lead concentration in negative direction.It suggested environmental exposure to lead impaired LTP,induction and maintain of hippocampal CA 1 area of young rats.
