摘 要:为探讨冷适应时免疫细胞的作用,用CD3、TCRαβ、TCRγδ、CD4和CD8单克隆抗体对小鼠小肠上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)和脾淋巴细胞(SPL)的表型及其体外的杀伤活性分别进行了测定。结果表明,暴寒5天,各表型细胞数量减少,CD3、TCRαβ和CD4细胞数明显下降,CD4/CD8倒置。暴寒10天CD3、TCRαβ和CD4细胞数恢复正常,CD3、TCRγδ和CD8细胞数较高,TCRγδ细胞显著增加。NK活性与TCRγδT细胞数相关,TCRγδ细胞比例增多时,NK活性增高。提示暴寒初期对T细胞的数量和功能有一短时抑制,对TCRαβ较TCRDγδ、CD4较CD8细胞抑制强。Phenotype determination and killer activity in vitro of murine intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) and splenic lymphocytes (SPL) were studied by using CD3、TCRαβ、TCRγδ、CD4、CD8monoclonal antibodies in order to explore the immune cellular effect in cold adaptation.The results showed that cell numbers of all phenotypes decreased after cold exposure for 5 days,CD3、TCRαβ and CD4 cell numbers were decreased significantly(P<001),CD4/CD8 was reversed.They were recovered to normal at the point of cold exposure for 10 days,CD3、TCRγδ和CD8 cell numbers were higher,TCRγδ cell number had a notable increased(P<005)。Natural killer activity was related to TCRγδ T cell number.The higher proportion of the TCRγδ T cell was,the higher natural killer activity of the TCRγδ T cell was.It was suggested that there was an inhibition of short time at the initial stage of cold exposure.The inhibition was stronger to TCRαβ,CD4 cells than to TCRγδ,CD8 cells.TCRγδ T cell had certain resistant ability to cold.
