摘  要:针对二级城市污水对循环水系统的影响及其对循环水系统材质造成的结垢、腐蚀进行了相关研究.结果证明,双组分加入水质稳定剂和铜管专用腐蚀抑制剂,当循环水浓缩倍率达到5左右时,双相不锈钢、TP304不锈钢、HSn70-1A铜合金、HSn70-1B铜合金、B30铜合金、碳钢材质的腐蚀速率均可满足规范标准的要求.This essay discussed the characteristics of two-stage city sewage as for supplement in circulating water as well as the main problem. It need to do the related researches for material of scaling and corroding in the circulating water system. The results showed that the circulating water added water quality stabilizer and corrosion inhibitor when the concentrated rate of circulating water can achieved about 5.00 the circulating water added water quality stabilizer and corrosion inhibitor. The corroding rates of binary stainless steel, TP304 stainless steel, HSn70- 1A alloy copper, HSn70- 1B alloy copper, B30 alloy copper, carbon steel can meet GB 50050--95 code for design of industrial recirculating cooling water treatment.
