针药并用治疗甲状腺功能亢进性突眼症临床效应观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗甲亢性突眼症的临床效应,为甲亢性突眼症的治疗提供更为有效的选择。方法将52例患者(计104只眼)随机分为针药组(27例,54只眼)和西药组(25例,50只眼),针药组采用针刺配合甲巯咪唑10mg/d和左甲状腺素钠片25μg/d,西药组仅予甲巯咪唑10mg/d和左甲状腺素钠片25μg/d。通过比较两组患者突眼度的改善,观察针刺加西药治疗甲亢性突眼症的临床效应。结果针药组总有效率为96.3%,西药组为64.0%,针药组优于西药组(P<0.01)。两组间突眼度治疗前后减少差值比较,针药组突眼度减少(1.88±1.409)mm,明显大于西药组(0.72±0.757)mm(P<0.01)。结论针药并用可有效改善患者眼球突出度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of acupuncture and drugs in treating hyperthyroid exophthalmos and provide a more effective treatment for hyperthyroid exophthalmos. Methods Fifty-two patients were randomly allocated to an acupuncture-drug group of 27 （54 eyes） cases and a western drug group of 25 （50 eyes） cases. The acupuncture-drug group received acupuncture plus methimazole 10 mg/d and levothyroxine sodium 25 g/d and the western drug group took methimazole 10 mg/d and levothyroxine sodium 25 g/d only. The clinical therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and western drugs on hyperthyroid exophthalmos was investigated by a comparison of the improving effects on exophthalmos between the two groups of patients. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.3% in the acupuncture-drug group and 64.0% in the western drug group. The effect was better in the acupuncture-drug group than in the western drug group （P〈0.01）. A comparison of pre-/post-treatment decreases in the extent of eyeball protrusion between the two groups showed that a decrease of 1.88±1.409 mm in the acupuncture-drug group was significantly larger than a decrease of 0.72±0.757 mm in the western drug group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and drugs can effectively reduce the extent of eyeball protrusion in the patients.
