摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法采用简单随机分组的方法,将45例糖尿病性胃轻瘫综合征患者随机分为针灸组26例和药物组19例,进行比较研究。结果两种治疗方法均可有效改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫综合征的临床症状,其中针灸组有效率为92.3%,药物组有效率为63.2%,两组之间的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫综合征的疗效优于药物组。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on diabetic gastroparesis syndrome. Methods Forty-five patients with diabetic gastroparesis syndrome were allocated, by simple random sampling, to an acupuncture group of 26 cases and a medication group of 19 cases for a comparative study. Results Both therapeutic methods could effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis syndrome. The efficacy rate was 92.3% in the acupuncture group and 63.2% in the medication group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture has a better effect than medication in treating diabetic gastroparesis symptoms.
