俞募原配穴针刺治疗中风后便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察俞募原配穴对中风后便秘的针刺疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,针刺组采用俞募原配穴,选取大肠俞、天枢、太溪、太白穴治疗,药物组口服果导片,15d后观察其临床疗效。结果针刺组疗效优于药物组(P<0.05),对其他主要临床症状如大便干结、艰涩不畅、腹胀腹痛、胃纳减退等有明显的改善作用(P<0.05)。结论俞募原配穴针刺可显著改善中风后便秘患者排便功能,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture with Back-Shu-Front-Mu-Source point combination in treating postapoplectic constipation. Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The acupuncture group was treated by Back-Shu-Front-Mu-Source point combination of Dachangshu（BL 25）, Tianshu（ST 25）, Taixi（KI 3） and Taibai（SP 3） and the medication group, by oral administration of Tab phenolphthaleinum. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated 15.days later. Results The therapeutic effect was better in the acupuncture group than in medication group. Acupuncture improved obviously the other major clinical symptoms such as dry and hardened feces, difficulty in passing stool, abdominal distention, abdominal pain and poor appetite （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Back-Shu-Front-Mu-Source point combination can markedly improve defecating function and reduce complications in patients with postapoplectic constipation.
