摘  要:基于CAD/CAE集成软件Pro/Engineer,对一类非线性弹簧在断路器操动机构中的应用进行了初步研究。首先对传统弹簧在外载下的应力水平进行了分析。为便于对比,还基于ANSYS对一类与传统弹簧同外径的等外径变丝径螺旋弹簧进行了研究,分析结果表明在同等位移负载条件下,由于弹簧簧圈间的接触作用,非线性弹簧的力——位移曲线呈现出了明显的非线性,并且其内部的应力分布水平比普通弹簧要小得多。同时,分析结果也为其它非线性弹簧的设计和应用提供了参考。The application of the non-liner spring in the circuit-breaker actuator based on the Pro/Engineer integrated software of CAD/CAE is preliminarily researched in this paper.Firstly the stress level under external loads is analyzed.For facilitate comparison,the essay also studies the spring of equal out diameter and variable steel diameters which has the same diameter with traditional spring based on ANSYS.The results show that the relations between the forces and the displacements in the nonlinear spring are obvious nonlinear,and the inner stress level of the nonlinear spring is much lower than the traditional spring.Meanwhile,the computing data can be served as references for design and application of other nonlinear springs.
