摘　　要：分析船舶生产设计中项目管理的现状与需求,建立基于PDM的项目管理业务模型,并为某船舶企业实现生产设计的信息化提供了参考。To analyze the status and need of the project management in ship production design,the project of management business model based on PDM is built,which helps the ship enterprise implement informationization of the ship production design.
