摘  要:为明确拮抗菌B96-Ⅱ对芦笋枯萎菌的抑制效果并探明其抑菌特性及方式,对经B96-Ⅱ处理后芦笋枯萎菌的生长速率、液体电解质、电导率及菌丝重量等进行了测定研究.结果表明,在107~108CFU/mL时,B96-Ⅱ对芦笋枯萎菌均有显著的抑制效果.连续3wk室内观察发现,B96-Ⅱ对芦笋枯萎菌丝有持续的抑制作用,与对照比较抑制率为94.07%~88.98%.田间防治效果为93.40%,而农药多菌灵处理的防治效果仅为65.12%.拮抗菌B96-Ⅱ对芦笋枯萎菌的抑制方式主要为:(1)对孢子形成的抑制作用;(2)对孢子的溶解作用;(3)对菌丝生长的抑制作用;(4)对菌丝的致畸作用;(5)对菌体细胞的破损作用.B96-Ⅱ处理后36h,溶液总溶解性固体和电导率增高,而菌丝重量下降.This study aimed to confirm the effectiveness and action mode of an antagonistic bacterium strain B96-Ⅱ to pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. asparagi by means of measurements of the pathogen growth rate,concentration of electrolyte and conductivity in tested brew,and weight of the pathogen. The B96-Ⅱ at 107~108 CFU/mL could effectively inhibit mycelia growth of F. oxysporum f. sp. asparagi. This effect could hold up for 3 weeks with inhibition rate ranging from 94.07% to 88.98% compared with control. It was 93.40% obtained by field controlling treatment, while it was only 65.12% by routine fungicide treatment with carbendazim. The function modes observed were inhibition of conidia formation, conidia dissolution, inhibition of mycelia growth, deformation of the mycelia, and destruction of mycelia cells. The total dissolved solids (TDS) and conductivity of the pathogen fermentation brew increased after B96-Ⅱ treatment for 36 h, and the mycelia yield decreased significantly compared with control.
