摘 要:采用PFI磨对桉木CTMP进行打浆,研究了打浆对浆料纤维形态、光学性能和强度性能的影响。利用KajaaniFS-300分析仪分析了纤维长度、宽度、粗度、卷曲、扭结等形态参数及细小纤维含量的变化。结果表明:随着打浆度的增加,纤维长度、粗度、细小纤维含量均呈现出减小趋势,而扭结指数和卷曲指数先增加后减小,抗张指数、零距抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数随着打浆作用的增强呈增加趋势,打浆使白度先增加后减小,使不透明度和光散射系数减小。Eucalyptus CTMP beaten by PFI was studied in this paper. The effects of beating on the fiber morphology, optical properties and strength properties of eucalyptus CTMP were analyzed. The fiber morphology parameters including fiber length, fiber width, fiber coarseness, curl index, kink index and fines percent were measured by Kajaani FS-300. The results show that with the increasing of beating degree, the fiber length, fiber coarseness and fines percent decreases, while curl index and kink index increases at first and then decrease. Physical strength properties such as tensile index, zero-span tensile index, tearing index and burst index increase with the intensity of beating. Beating makes brightness increase first then decrease, while opacity and light scattering coefficient reduce.
