摘　　要：新型漂序A/D0-EOP-D1-P的A段能够去除桉木硫酸盐浆中80%以上的己烯糖醛酸,该漂序可降低二氧化氯消耗30%左右,废水COD可达25kg/t,AOX含量0.2kg/t。采用补偿卡伯因子、补偿白度控制原理,进行自动化操作控制稳定生产过程,使漂白浆质量稳定、消耗达到最低。树脂障碍、白度返黄、结垢、纤维束尘埃是生产中经常会遇到的问题,可采取工艺技术措施加以调整控制。A stage of the new type bleaching sequence A/D0-Eop-D1-P can remove over 80% HexA in KP, and reduce 30% consumption of chlorine dioxide with the treating effect of COD only 25kg/t and the AOX is only 0.2kg/t. By using automation controlling of compensated Kappa factor principle and compensated brightness principle, the bleaching pulp can get high quality and the lowest consumption. The pitch holdback, brightness reversion, and shive dirt are problems that are often met in production, which can be adjusted and controlled by using process method.
