摘　　要：用频谱分析的方法分析了球面波照射下朗奇光栅的菲涅尔衍射,分析了复振幅及光强分布,并做了复振幅与光强的计算机模拟,由模拟结果讨论了菲涅尔衍射区的泰伯特像的特征。According to the spectrum analysis, the paper presented theoretic analysis about the Fresnel diffraction of the grating on spherical wave and analyzed the plural amplitude and the distribution of optical intensity. The optical intensity in Fresnel diffraction interval had been simulated through computer and the characteristics of diffraction had been analyzed.
