摘　　要：在教育信息化过程中,由于信息化建设前期规划不足以及技术进步的影响,导致信息孤岛的产生。高职学院的信息化建设比普通本科高校起步晚并且往往经费投入不足,因此信息孤岛现象尤为突出。调查了高职学院信息化建设的现状,研究了信息孤岛的产生原因,针对高职学院的特点,提出了基于轻量级JavaEE平台、以Web Services为工具的信息孤岛的整个方法,实现了湖南城建职业技术学院人事管理系统和财务管理系统的信息孤岛的无缝融合。Information technology in the education process, as a result of information technology as well as the lack of pre-planning the impact of technological progress, results in the emergence of islands of information. Higher institute of information technology that of than the general is often late and insufficient funding undergraduate colleges and universities, so the phenomenon of information, particularly appears in isolated island This paper presents, higher school of information survey of the status of construction the causes of infoImation islands, in view of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, based on JavaEE lightweight platform to Web Services as a tool of information throughout the island method, the realization of the Hunan Urban Construction Vocational and Technical College personnel management system and financial management information system of the seamless integration of island.
