摘 要:在pH为13.00的KCl-NaOH缓冲体系中,铅与苯基荧光酮生成稳定的1∶1有色络合物,其吸光度值与铅的浓度成正比,据此建立了测定微量铅的简单方法。其表观摩尔吸光系数为5.27×104L.mol-1.cm-1,最大吸收波长为595 nm,检出限为0.0055 mg/L,铅含量在0.012-3.2mg/L范围内遵守比尔定律,其线性回归方程为A=0.2672C-0.0262(C:mg/L),相关系数r=0.9994。本方法用于测定延河水中的痕量铅,并与经典的原子吸收方法相比较,结果满意。In the buffer solution of KCl-NaOH(pH=13),a stable complex of lead(Ⅱ) with phenylfluorone(PF) was formed.The apparent molar absorptivity of color complex was 5.27×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The maximum absorption wave length was at 595 nm.The molar ratio of lead to PF incomplex was 1:1.Beer s law was obeyed in the range of 0.012~3.2 mg/L for lead(Ⅱ) and the limit of detection was 0.0055mg/L.The regression equation was A=0.2672C-0.0262(C:mg/L) and a relative coefficient of 0.9994 was found.The method was A = 0. 2672C- 0. 0262(C:mg,/L) and a relative coefficient of 0. 9994 was found. The method was convenient and sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of trace lead in some water samples with satisfactory results.
