摘  要:本文介绍了TC787芯片的内部结构、工作原理及各个管脚的功能;详细介绍了该实验装置触发电路的设计原理和主电路部分的结构和特点,最后给出实验结果。该装置采用TC787代替KJ/KC系列集成触发电路,具有设计合理、使用方便灵活,且功耗小、可靠性高等特点,在电力电子技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。The inner structure, work principle of TC787 are explained, including the function of each pin. The design principle about trigger circuit is given. And the structure and feature of main circuit are presented. Finally the experiment results are educed. A new design for three-phase full-controlled circuit system is introduced, which is based on TC787. This system, which is in application to TC787 instead of KJ/KC, is more reasonable and convenient, as well as more reliable and less cost in power. It has a wonderful application foreground in power electronics field.
