摘  要:目的观察霉茶各提取部位对肾性高血压大鼠的降压作用。方法建立改良的二肾一夹高血压大鼠模型(G-2K1C)。48只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,即模型组、乙醇提取物组、石油醚部位组、乙酸乙酯部位组、水部位组和复方罗布麻片Ⅰ组。采用收缩压及舒张压两个指标进行考察。结果乙醇提取物组和乙酸乙酯部位组与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),表明乙醇提取物组、乙酸乙酯部位组具有明显的降压作用;与复方罗布麻片Ⅰ组比较差异无统计学意义,表明其降压效果与阳性药物复方罗布麻片Ⅰ无明显差异。结论从霉茶分离得到的乙醇提取物组、乙酸乙酯部位组具有明显的降压作用,为该药在我省西部民间长期用于治疗原发性高血压及头昏目胀等症提供了一定的实验依据。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the different extracts from Ampelopsi megalophylla on rats with renal hypertension. Methods Reformed Gold-blatt hypertension rat model(G-2K1C)was established. The rats were divided into 6 groups as follows:model group,the ethanol extract group,the ethyl acetate extract group, the petroleum ether extract group, the water extract group and Fufangluobuma tablet Ⅰ group. The change of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were observed. Results The blood pressure of the G-2K1C rats decreased obviously in the ethanol extract group and the ethyl acetate extract group(P〈0.01);and there was no difference between the above two extract groups and Fufangluobuma tablet Ⅰ group. Conclusion The ethanol extract group and the ethyl acetate extract group all possess satisfying therapeutic effects in decreasing the blood pressure.
