摘　　要：网络已经成为反映社会舆情的主要载体。网络舆情形成迅速,已经引起政府的密切关注。从网络舆情概念出发,试述了其特点以及突发事件的危害性,进而提出了相应的解决策略。The network has already become the main carrier of reflecting the society consensus. The network consensus has formed rapidly and already attracted more attentions of the government. The characteristics and the harm of the network consensus were discussed. The corresponding solutions were put forward.
