摘 要:以花生壳为原料,用甲醛和环氧氯丙烷为改性剂制备了甲醛和环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉吸附剂,并考察了其吸附Mn2+的影响因素即吸附溶液的pH、金属离子初始质量浓度、吸附时间等.结果表明:在10 g花生壳粉中分别加入1.25 mol/L的NaOH溶液80 mL和环氧氯丙烷30 mL,置于水浴锅中于40℃搅拌反应1 h,水洗干燥后得到环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉,用此改性的花生壳粉吸附Mn2+的最佳条件为:pH值5.0、吸附30 min,用0.2 g环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉处理10.0 mg/L的Mn2+溶液25 mL吸附率可达100%,最大吸附量不低于29 mg/g;未改性花生壳粉和甲醛改性花生壳粉对Mn2+的吸附率仅为53%和43%,最大吸附量分别为5.96 mg/g和1.32 mg/g.Absorbents were prepared from peanut shell by the modification with formaldehyde and epichlorohydrin.The factors impacting adsorption of modified peanut shell on Mn^2+ were investigated including pH,initial concentration of metal and adsorption time.The peanut shell,10 g,was modified by using 80 mL 1.25 mol/L NaOH solution at and 30 mL epichlorohydrin solution reaction temperature of 40 ℃,mixing time for 1 h,followed by filtering,water washing and drying.The optimal adsorption conditions of modified peanut shell of Mn^2+ were as follows: the solution acidity was at pH 5.0 Mn^2+ in 25 mL 10.0 mg/L solution was equilibrated with 0.2 g modified peanut shell at pH5.0 form 30 min.The adsorption rates were 53 % and 43 % and the maximum adsoption capacities were 4.36 mg/g and 1.32 mg/g for the unmodified and formaldehyde modified peanut shell,respectively;while the adsorption rate of modified peanut shell by epichlorohydrin can achieve 100 %,the maximum adsorption capability was no less than 21 mg/g.
