摘  要:为了解决平庄西露天矿面临的技术问题和社会问题,提出了采用陡帮横采内排代替原有的纵采外排进行露天矿深部煤炭资源的开采方案.通过提高顶帮深部帮坡角优化深部境界,采取内排压帮方案提高顶帮边坡的稳定性,应用位移、应力监测技术进行滑坡预警.实际应用表明:提出的横采内排方案可克服原有深部铁道运输工艺灵活性差、展线困难的缺点,大大增加煤炭可采储量;应力、位移监测能够有效预报滑坡.单斗卡车工艺、陡帮横采内排方案适合于倾斜煤层深凹露天矿深部资源的开采,经济和社会效益好,可应用于其它类似的露天矿山.To settle the technical and social problems existing in Pingzhuang Western Surface Mine,we put forward the steep-slope cross mining and in-pit dumping to replace the original digging along strike and external dumping for deep coal seam.The angle of the upper wall is increasesd to optimize the deep limit,restraining mining methods is used to control the slope and slope monitoring on displacement.In addition,stress is applied as a method of the landslide early-warning.The practical application shows that the steep-slope cross mining and in-pit dumping can overcome such shortcomings of shovel-railway system as decreased flexibility difficult expanding,greatly increases the reserves.Displacement and stress monitoring can forecast landslide effectively.Steep-slope cross mining and in-pit dumping with shovel-truck system is apt to mine the deep coal resources in deep surface mine with inclined seam and the economic and social effect is obvious.So it can be used in other similar mines.
