摘  要:本试验选用健康、体重相近的雄性短毛黑水貂60头,随机分成A、B、C、D4组,每组15头。各组分别在相同基础鲜料中添加0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的琥珀酸,在冬毛生长期进行75d的饲养试验。结合屠宰取皮测定生长发育数据和血液生化指标。结果表明,各处理间胃内容物pH差异显著(P<0.05),0.4%琥珀酸组最低;各处理间体长差异不显著(P>0.05);取皮体重、体增重、肝脏重、脾脏重、肾脏重、胰腺重等生长发育性状,0.4%组都显著优于其他组(P<0.05);在血清尿素氮浓度、血清总蛋白浓度、血清免疫球蛋白浓度中,0.4%组都显著高于其他组(P<0.05);各组间血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、总胆固醇浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),以0.4%组最高;各组间白蛋白、甘油三脂浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,在水貂冬毛生期日粮中添加0.4%的琥珀酸,对其生长性能和某些血液生化指标有显著影响。Effects of different levels of succinic acid were investigated in the same basal diet on growth performance and indices of blood biochemistry in Mink vison.Sixty black male minks were randomly allocated into 4 treatment groups.Each group consisted of 15 minks.The random single factor designed.Four levels of dietary succinic acid were 0.0%、0.2%、0.4% and 0.8% respectively.The results indicated that there were significantly difference(P〈0.05)in the body weigh(P〈0.05),body weight gain(P〈0.05),and the weight of liver(P〈0.05),spleen(P〈0.05),kidney(P〈0.05),pancreas(P〈0.05)in group 0.4% compared with other groups.Body length was similar(P 〉0.05)among these groups.There was clearly difference(P〈0.05)among these groups in the concentration of BUN、TP、IgG,and 0.4% group was evidently higher than other groups.The concentration of GLU、SI、TC had no difference among groups(P〉0.05),the result showed that 0.4% group was preferable in groups.Concentration of ALB、TG was similar among all groups(P〉0.05).In another word,the level of 0.4% succinic acid was the best for growth performance of furring Mink vison.
