摘  要:32份栽培桔梗种质过氧化物同工酶谱共显示17条不同的酶带,共呈现16个酶谱类型,其中,12个为对应种质的特征酶谱。每份种质有5~9条酶带,不同种质酶谱及活性存在一定的差异,其中,A1、B1、B2、B3等4条酶带为共有带,具有种的特异性;7条(A2、A3、A4、C2、C4、C5、D3)酶带为特异性酶带,其中白花桔梗有2条特征酶带(A2、C2)。为桔梗种质资源的收集、保存、遗传育种提供了一种新技术和方法。Seventeen bands were screened by separating peroxide isozyme spectrums of 32 cultivated germplasm resources of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC..These bands could be classified into 16 kinds of peroxide isozyme spectrums.Among these 16 kinds of peroxide isozyme spectrums,12 kinds were characteristic spectrum corresponding to its grem plasm.The number of peroxide isozyme spectrum bands of every germ plasm was spun from five to nine.Difference of spectrum bands and activity of Platycodon grandiflorum was found.There were four common spectrum bands named A1、B1、B2 and B3 which were characteristic bands of Platycodon grandiflorum.Besides,there were seven peroxide isozyme spectrums bands named A2、A3、A4、C2、C4、C5 and D3 which were specific bands.Among these seven specific bands,the A2、C2 are characteristic bands of white flower Platycodon grandiflorum.This study showed 16 kinds peroxide isozyme spectrum and 12 kinds peroxide isozyme spectrum were specific.
