妇科悬吊式腹腔镜手术100例临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨悬吊式腹腔镜手术在妇科的临床应用。方法对2008年6月至2009年6月我院妇科施行的悬吊式腹腔镜手术100例临床资料进行回顾性分析,与同期开展的100例气腹腹腔镜手术在手术时间、术中出血量、手术前后血红蛋白变化、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、住院费用等方面进行对比。结果两组在术中出血量、手术前后血红蛋白变化、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间等方面基本相近;在手术时间和住院费用方面,悬吊式腹腔镜明显优于传统的气腹腹腔镜。结论悬吊式腹腔镜手术在妇科的临床应用具有适应证广、安全省时、简单易行、经济实用的明显优势,适合于人口众多的发展中国家开展。Objective To explore the clinical application of suspensory laparoscopic surgery in gynecology.Methods 100 cases of suspensory laparoscopic surgery performed in our gynecological department from July of 2008 to June of 2009 were analyzed retrospectively,and were compared with 100 cases of pneumoperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the aspects of duration of operation,volume of bleeding,changes of hemoglobin during perioperative period,time of occurrence of postoperative flatus passing,hospital staying,and cost of hospitalization.Results There were points of similarity in the aspects of volume of bleeding,changes of hemoglobin during perioperative period,time of occurrence of postoperative flatus passing and hospital staying;but the suspensory laparoscopic surgery was markedly superior to the traditional pneumoperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the aspects of duration of operation and cost of hospitalization.Conclusions There are obvious advantages in the clinical application of suspensory laparoscopic surgery in gynecology due to the wide indications,safety and timesaving,simple and easy operating,and being economic and practical.It is extremely suitable for the developing countries with enormous population.
