颈前路空心钉内固定治疗Ⅱ型齿状突骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨颈前路空心钉内固定治疗型齿状突骨折的临床意义。方法回顾分析2003年7月至2006年12月我们对齿状突骨折Anderson-D′Alonzo型12例进行的颈前路空心钉内固定治疗的疗效,其中新鲜骨折10例,骨折不愈合2例。结果随访6-41个月,平均10个月,12例骨折均获得骨性愈合,临床症状完全消失,均无明显颈部活动受限。结论前路空心钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折能有效促进骨折愈合和能够最大限度的维持和重建寰枢椎的稳定性。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the anterior approach hollow screw fixation in the treatment of odontoid fracture in type Ⅱ . Methods From July 2003 to December 2006,12 adult patients who under went anterior approach hollow screw fixation for odontoid fractures （all in type Ⅱ ）were reviewed Retrospectively, 10 cases were fresh fractures and 2 cases were non-union fractures. Results With a mean follow up period of 10 months （6 months to 41 months）,satisfying stabilization of the fracture was achieved in all 12 patients without loss of atlantoaxial motion,completely recovery was observed in patients. Conclusion Anterior odontoid screw fixation offers stable fixation,the major advantage of this technique is the preservation of physiological motion at atlantoaxial joint.
