摘  要:目的与钢丝张力带相比较,观察预置带孔克氏针结合可吸收线张力带固定髌骨横断骨折的生物力学稳定性。方法取26个成人髌骨标本制成髌骨横断骨折模型,分成两组各13个髌骨,克氏针纵向贯穿髌骨后,分别以可吸收线和钢丝形成张力带固定,利用MTS生物材料试验机行顶伸折曲和拉力破坏试验以测定其固定的稳定性。结果固定失效时最大压力和牵拉力,克氏针结合可吸收线组与克氏针结合钢丝组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论克氏针可吸收线张力带与克氏针钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折生物力学效果相当,临床上可相互替代使用。Objective To compare the biomechanics stability of the holed Kirschner wire tension bands combined absorbable sutures or steel wire for treatment of transversed patella fracture. Methods 26 adult cadaveric patella were made as the transversed fracture and divided into two groups. Kirschner wires were drilled acorssing the fracture line vertically,then were fixed with absorbable sutures or steel-wire tension bands respectively. Biomechanical stability of bending test and axial tention were tested under Materials Testing System. Results The maximun bend-against and axial tensile force of the transversed patella fixed by the absorbable sutures tension bands were simmlar to the steel wire oncs(P〉0.05). Conclusion Biomechanical effect of Kirschner wire combined absorbable sutures tension bands is simmlar to thai combined steel wire band,might be selected in the treatment of patellar fracture.
