摘  要:以木薯酒精废渣为主料,进行金福菇栽培培养基配方筛选试验。结果表明,以不同配比木薯酒精废渣栽培金福菇,其菌丝生长和鲜菇产量均存在差异。其中不含木薯酒精废渣的1号培养基和木薯酒精废渣含量为30%的4号培养基菌丝长速快,但较为稀疏、颜色偏淡,第1潮菇生物学效率较低;而木薯酒精废渣含量为60%的3号、5号培养基菌丝长速稍慢,但生长旺盛、粗壮浓密,第1潮菇生物学效率极显著高于其他配方。综合菌丝生长和鲜菇产量表现,以木薯酒精废渣含量为60%的培养基配方效果较好。The present study was conducted to screen suitable culture medium formula for Tricholoma lobayense Heim.Five kinds of culture medium were designed containing different concentration of cassava vinasse(main material),bagasse,wooden meal,rice bran,lime,and plaster.The results showed significant differences in mycelial growth and fresh mushroom yield in different kinds of culture media.Hypha grew more quickly on the culture media with non cassava vinasse and 30% cassava vinasse comparing to other treatments,but the low-density with light color of hypha and its biological efficiency in the first harvest was found to be lesser.However,the hypha in the 3rd and 5th culture media containing 60% cassava vinasse showed vigorous growth,stockiness and thickening,and its biological efficiency in the first harvest was significantly higher than the other culture media.According to the growth of hypa and fresh yield,it may be concluded that the effects of culture medium composition with 60% cassava vinasse was the best.
