摘　　要：检察官客观义务既是抽象的法概念,也是规定功能的概念,检察官客观义务是法律义务,与法律规范的关系紧密,是检察官服从法律规范、不为不法行为的义务。检察官客观义务的内涵是协助法官发现真实、守护法律、保持中立的义务,其价值取向是公正,包括实体公正与程序公正。Prosecutors’ objective obligation is both an abstract concept and a concept of functions. Prosecutors’ objective obligations are legal obligations,closely related to legal norms,and obligations of obeying the law and not violating the law. The objective content of the obligations of the prosecutor is to assist the judge to find out the truth,to guard the law and to remain neutral. The value orientation is justice,including the substantive justice and procedural fairness.
