摘　　要：现代大学制度是大学自主存在和发展的自我维系系统,在建设现代大学制度过程中,大学应当成为这个制度建设的重要主体,发挥无可替代的主体性功能。从现实的角度看,现代大学制度建设不仅需要大学主体意识的觉醒,也需要大学主体自主进行制度创新与变革,更需要大学主体对外开放、与社会形成良好的互动关系。The modern university system is university's self-sustaining system of its own existence and development. In the process of building a modern university system,the university should become an important main body of this system building and develop an irreplaceable subjectivity function. This paper holds that the building of a modern university system needs the awakening of the subjectivity consciousness,needs the university's carrying out its own innovation and reform and its opening to the outside world,and needs a good relationship of interaction between the university and the society.
