摘 要:热交换系数源于牛顿冷却定律,是混凝土温度场控制技术理论和建筑热工物理学上的重要参数,对揭示温度场的内在本质关系和变化规律有重要的意义,本文研讨混凝土浇筑过程与外界空气直接接触产生热交换时的换热系数的取值范围及风速对热交换系数所产生的影响,分析研究各种热交换系数和数学模型,指出理论上求解的困境,提出应加以注意的若干问题,根据传热学原理,利用传热系数的计算公式间接类比转化求得一个新的计算热交换系数的公式,探讨了相似理论和量纲分析原理及实验方法建立可求解热交换系数数学模型的可能性,为混凝土温度场效应分析正确选取热工参数的取值提供理论依据。Heat tranfser coefficient is original to Isaac Newton' law, which is an impotant parameter on theory of control techinology in concrete temperature field and on the thermal physics of architecture. There is an important singnificance to show the relation of interior substance and various rule in temperature field. In the paper,the range of taking values of heat transfer coefficient that the heat transfer of concrete is immediately touched with air under the affection of velocity and wind is produced converion of quantity of heat in the course of pouring, analyses and reasearch the all kinds of different the heat transfer coefficient. We point out the difficult point that the heat transfer coefficient cannot solve theorically, present a few problems that should be paid attention to. Based on the principle for heat transfer, a new formula for the calculating heat transfer coefficient may be derived by the manner of utilizing the formula of heat transfer to be indirectly analogy to transform, it is discussed a kind of probability about a mathematics model of heat transfer coefficient to be es- tablished by similitude theory and demension analysis and experiment plan, and the formula that calculating αc is given to consider the effect of wind velocity in the course of pouring concrete in wintev season in order to analyse the effect of concrete temperature field, supply for theory reason.
