摘　　要：空间分析是地理信息系统的核心功能之一,它特有的地理信息的提取、表现和传输功能,是地理信息系统区别于一般信息系统的主要功能特征。将这一功能应用于城市住房选择中,将会帮助择房者更好地选择自己所需的住房,另一方面也使GIS的功能得到更好的发挥。Spatial analysis is one of the core functions of Geography Information System （GIS）. Its unique function of extraction,performmce and transmission on geography information is the main functional characteristic that the GIS different from the others.The application of spatial analysis function in urban housing choice can help buyers choose the needed housing and bring the function of GIS into full play.
