网络环境下高师馆开展知识服务的总体思考

摘　　要：高师馆开展知识服务,既有可能性又有必要性,尤其是具有资源、人才、技术方面的优势。文章同时指出了高师馆对各类读者进行知识服务的几大途径。It is possible and necessary that normal university libraries provide service for readers; particularly they have unique advantages in the aspects of resource, talent and technology. Some service ways of the libraries for readers are put forward in this paper.
