摘  要:通过天冬块根氨基酸、多糖、皂甙总量、浸提物含量测定和块根水提液饲养小鼠血浆以及肝脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和蛋白质含量测定,探讨天冬块根药用成分对小鼠血浆和肝脑组织抗氧化延缓衰老的影响.结果表明:天冬块根多糖是提高小鼠血浆和肝脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量的主要因素,是抗氧化延缓衰老的第一要素.天冬块根氨基酸和浸提物的综合作用是导致小鼠血浆蛋白质含量增加,皂甙和浸提物的综合作用是导致小鼠肝、脑组织MDA积累的第二位影响要素.The total content of amino acids, polysac- charides, saponins, and extracts of Asparagus cochinchinensis root, and the brain tissue of mice feeded with the asparagus root in plasma and liver superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and the protein content in the plasma from the brain tissue and liver are determined to explore the effect of antioxidant anti-aging in mice by medicinal components of asparagus cochinchinensis root. The results showed that: the polysaccharide in roots of asparagus cochinchinensis is to increase SOD activity in plasma, liver and brain tissue of mice, reduced its MDA content, is the first factor of the antioxidant anti-aging. The joint action from the amino acid and the extract content in root of asparagus cochinchinensis is leading to the protein content increase in plasma of mice, but which is leading to accumulating of MDA content in the liver and brain tissue of mice, are elements of the second factor.
