摘　　要：广州新电视塔工程,具有高、柔、悬、扭、偏、重的特点,是目前国内高、大、精、尖的项目之一,本文以该工程项目为背景,深入调研其超高空作业的安全管理措施,根据该项目的成功实践,总结出四条经验,对扭转当前建筑施工安全事故多发现状,提高安全管理整体水平具有现实的指导意义。Guangzhou New TV Tower has the characteristics of height, softness, hanging, twisting ana neaviness. It is one of the prominent projects in our country. Based on the project, the research focuses on the safety management for the ultra-high construction and how to guarantee the project moving steadily. Owing to the successful practice on the project, four instructive suggestions are put forward. It has practical meanings for preventing the situation of the safety accident and promoting overall management.
