摘 要:对竹碎料/木纤维复合板在外力作用下的挠度、应力变化进行了测量和分析.结果表明:随着载荷的增加,板材的挠度呈非线性变化,载荷越大,单位载荷引起试件的挠度也越大;载荷与试件挠度之间关系的数学模型为yd=444 475.326 23×ex/11 615 826.256 82+0.009 61×ex/157.389 76-44 475.293 15;板材应力则随外力增加呈线性变化,应力与载荷之间关系的数学模型为ys=0.000 49x-0.0017.这两个数学模型的计算值与实测值之间的误差都很小,并都与实测值有很高的拟合度.The bamboo particle and wood fiber composition board was produced with residues of bamboo and wood fiber as raw material.The deflection and stress of the board were tested when the load was acted on the board.The test results show that the deflection of the board changes with non-linear feature as the increasing of load,and the larger the load is,the larger the deflection produced by unit load is;the mathematical model between load and deflection can be indicated by yd=444 475.326 23×ex/11615826.25682+0.00961×ex/157.389 76-44 475.293 15.The stress of the board change with linear feature as load increased;the mathematical model between load and stress can be indicated by ys=Ax+B=0.000 49X-0.001 7.The errors between two mathematics models calculated values and the measured values are small,and the fitting degrees between those are remarkable high.
